Rgarcim me sorprendió tomando la iniciativa y declarando un ataque nocturno. De pronto me vi como el defensor, y todos mis planes de batalla se hicieron pedazos. Decidí dejar en mesa a los Ostwind junto a una unidad de Panzer IV para sumar potencia de fuego, manteniendo ambos pelotones en Emboscada. Esperaba poder mantener las posiciones el mayor tiempo posible para revelar las emboscadas en el momento preciso y decantar la situación a mi favor. Estaba equivocado.

Rgarcim surprised me seizing the initiative to conduct a night attack. Suddenly I was the defender and all my battle plans had to be scrapped. I kept the Ostwinds in play alongside a Panzer IV Platoon for more firepower. Both Platoons were deployed in Ambush; I hoped to hold ground long enough for my ambushes to timely pop and turn the tide on my behalf. I was wrong.

II Walküre League opening event!

La segunda edición de nuestra Liga Walküre dio comiendo en Agosto con un pequeño evento en el que pudimos montar 2 mesas y jugar 4 partidas entre la mañana y la tarde, en un día soleado en el norte de España. Estos fueron los resultados:

Carlos jugó contra Chendo: victoria 5-2 para los Cromwells de Chendo
Panzerkanone jugó contra Rgarcim: victoria 4-3 para los Paras de Rgarcim
Carlos jugó contra Panzerkanone: victoria 6-1 para los SU-100 de Carlos
Morgenstern jugó contra Rgarcim: victoria 4-3 para el Panzerkampfgruppe de Morgenstern


Our II Walküre League started in late August with a small outdoors event. We managed to assemble two tables and played 4 matches, enjoying a sunny day here in the north of Spain. Results:

Carlos played Chendo: 5-2 victory to Chendo's Cromwells
Panzerkanone played Rgarcim: 4-3 victory to Rgarcim's Paras
Carlos played Panzerkanone:  6-1 victory to Carlos' SU-100 Batalon
Morgenstern played Rgarcim: 4-3 victory to Morgenstern's Panzerkampfgruppe
